Rest day 2! And got lucky with rain again! Forecast called for rain starting at 9pm last night and going all day today. But the rain got moved back and we were able to pack the tents up dry and ride into town to meet up with our host, Michael, later. First we took a tour from Dad's travel app around town, including seeing a church built in 1133, 900 years ago.
We met Michal after lunch. Another really cool guy who recently did a 50k (31 miles) run! He looked at our plans for tomorrow and suggested ditching Grindelwald and going to Murren instead. He said he liked it better, it was prettier, and it was much cheaper. We'll see what it's like tomorrow!
