Nice riding today! We left Pat and Katie's as they headed to Montreal for a concert. The hill that punished us going up to Pat's house was great coming down. And I'm pretty sure my bike is back to normal! While washing it down yesterday, I picked out a tiny stone stuck in the front chain ring. The bike is now riding smoother than ever, feels like night and day.
Today's route passed two covered bridges. Vermont is apparently famous for them, and you can get a list checking off all the ones you've seen. We saw #20 and #23. We also rode through Charlestown, which was having a town-wide yard sale today. The area was packed, cars and tents lining the streets.
Super excited that today is our last day camping! But this is definitely the coolest campsite. They have mini-golf, a pool, food truck, and adult-only room. Our tent site is filled with mosquitos though, and we spent a majority of our time in the office and adult room, with AC and outlets.
Mosquitos - ugh! Hope the end of your trip goes smoothly. 💕AB
